Wont return my calls, never sent anything to our home warranty company. Even they were left on hold and abandoned when they tried calling even a message was left by warranty and no return call. David isnt doing what he advertises. He is not a number 1 company. Zero rating

Heating system evaluation. Technician was supposed to submit the assessment report after 3 days but 4 days after, it is still lacking. We cannot move forward because of this and technician doesn't answer calls. We are sitting here with no heat and he takes his sweet time.

If I could put zero stars I would called for two weeks and they would not answer the phone went straight to voicemail. Didnt even send the paperwork to my home insurance for repairs until 3 weeks later then stated it was unsafe and in an attic when reality it was on the roof which is long and you wont see from eye view just looking up which is what they did! And because his report of (unsafe) my home warranty wasnt going to send other heating company based on HIS word! until I sent numerous photos and proof that his claims were wrong.! Will never use them again! Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
