Chrisp Air HVAC and Appliance Repair

Almost called for service, but heard from various past customers and family in Modesto, Escalon, Ripon, Lathrop, and lastly, on reviews that this company are not loyal with their work and hide when their work has been unsuccessfully completed. Every business should know that the best form of advertisement is WORD OF MOUTH, I have always relied on word of mouth because you really cant go wrong there, best technique. Last person I heard from was a customer from back in 2018??? Then I seen their reviews.. now I see which was the real one. Not sure how they have 4 stars??? Beware is all I can say!!

This is the poorest thing of a business owner , has no class and cancels out of a appointment at the last half hour before the appointment, uses very weak excuses for not being able to show up I called a week in advance to schedule this and he had no problem, when i called him he kept fumbling on the phone trying to find the appointment that he was suppose to meet but never stated yes here is your name I have it, he then came up with a lame excuse he had to go to class, so why was he not telling us ahead of time to say he could not make it , what a joke of a man for a business owner.

Chris saved us again. My ac broke down again, with a problem unrelated to his last visit, and he came over on a Saturday and fixed my air conditioner with the parts he had stocked on the truck. Talk about a life saver. It's 107 degrees and he went up on the roof for an hour and fixed my system. It's never blown this cold. Thanks again
