Worst company ever, you sit on hold for ever. My Cpap is broken Super Care said call manufacturer, manufacturer says call supplier. I would think the company that sold it to me would take care of it. Every failed attempt is one hour on the phone.

Barely adequate service. The good news is once I got through to them and they had my Rx, I got the CPAP within a couple of days but it was a nightmare getting there. You'll spend forever on hold listening to the same $(*&(*&!!! music and chirpy message. Also hope the Rx & what they have in stock matches. If not, you have to get a new Rx for what they have. The problem is Medicare only approves certain providers. The one non-medicare one I went to initially was great but couldn't bill medicare. Anyway, good luck. Don't expect much and have a thermos of coffee while waiting. Wait! This just in. Shipping/fulfillment called back. This guy was great. Quick and will get it out today but still took forever to get to him.

Called several times to get my sons supply list to make sure the transfer is correct from the previous supplier who were the best but they have not sent it me. My son has ran out of certain supplies and I can not get refills because it's not on the list, you know the list that was supposed to be sent to me on June 18th. As of right now, my son has no trach mist masks and the most important thing he needs, his trachs. This place is supposed to specialize in pediatric care but so far, there is no care just a big circus of clowns with no ring master
