        So far it's been awesome. The workout is intense but fun, well structured and relaxed enough that if you need breather for 15 seconds, no one will yell at you. Great way to start the day.

        Took my Granddaughter to Muay Thai practice. It was exhilarating watching her. She is adapting very well to the sport. Looks like the instructor knows his business!!!!!!!
