Dr. Go

Very horrible experience with staff. Called to get a medicine refill and was yelled at by receptionist and hung up on.

Dr. Go's Office has horrible front office staff. So many issues. Dr. Taylor canceled then; the next day called and asked if a refill was needed; the answer was no. An hour later received a call for payment of $195 since the Dr. called about the prescription. Appointment scheduling is an issue. Canceled appointments, then they will say they will contact you if there is an opening. If you call to check back, they say they weren't aware you were looking for an opening. That happened three times over two weeks. They asked for paperwork to be emailed after emailing it I called to confirm they received the email; when it was time for the appointment, the doctor did not have it, so $195 was waisted and not refunded. After several appointments got insurance that covered services. Two weeks before the appointment, I contacted the office, sent the insurance card, called to confirm they received it, had to resend it three times to the same email address. She finally received it but never checked coverage, so when it came time for the appointment, they had to collect another $195. They said to check back in 30 days, and they will refund the appointment. A week later, the office was paid out $295 from the insurance company. Called and requested a refund. No refund, no return call. Two weeks later called again. No refund, no return call. It has now been four months, and they have still not refunded the appointment that they have been paid for twice and will not call back. I do not know about Dr. Go as a physician, we saw Dr. Taylor but due to the front office it was overall a horrible experience.
