They were very quick and easy to get an appointment... If they didn't make us wait from the 4th to the 18th to have the last 9 bottom teeth pulled ... So we could start cancer treatment... Whoever controls that 2 Saturday a month dentist needs to be more flexible w emergency treatments for things like cancer. Our appointment was scheduled to have all teeth pulled. Overall otherwise ... They are great!

This was my first appointment that lasted 90 minutes, pleasant, friendly staff. Wait time was normal.

I was there for 2 hours. Got Xrays, but no other services. The dentist told me I had some cavities and gingivitus and tried to sell me on a treatment that would be entirely out of pocket. Went to another dentist (would not go back after that wait without even a cleaning) and did not have gingivitus.

Dentist was RUDE! Gave me a numbing shot and made me sit for 3 hours, by the time he was ready to start the procedure I was no longer numb. He YELLED at me and told me dont lie to him when I said OWW! told me IS IT PRESSURE OR PAIN?! I said PAIN! That hurts! He then says didnt we numb you? I said YEA 3 hours ago he then proceeds to give me another shot to numb and INSTANTLY digs back into my gum again. I said OWW! He slammed his tools down and said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?! PUT YOU TO SLEEP?! I said no maybe just give it a second to start working.. Im not even numb yet. He takes his gloves off walks out and has someone come tell me hes rescheduling me for another day after I had just waited a total of 3 hours in the chair waiting and 2 1/2 hours in the lobby waiting to be called.
