They have canceled my appointments twice, most recently 45 minutes prior to my appointment. This morning I was told I would have to wait about 45 minutes, apparently because the hygienist was out. In fact, they were on the phone canceling other patients as I was there. I had other commitments, could not wait. This was the same reason both previous appointments were canceled. I understand one cancellation, but 3 is a pattern. People have to take days off for appointments. If I canceled on them, especially 45 minutes prior, I would be charged a fee. Of course that fee is not paid to patients for same inconvenience. Lets see if they have the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee for not waiting today. Time to find a new dentist!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Valley Esthetics Dental Group today. Everyone from the front office staff, dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Mary herself were incredibly warm and welcoming. I feel like I have found MY dentist office! They offer complementary coffee and their office is clean and up to date. I would refer any of my friends or family here.
