I usually get gas here often. So I stopped by on my way from being out of town to get some gas, I also needed to use the restroom really bad from being on the road for awhile. It was about 9:55pm 2-15-22. Unfortunately the staff had a sign that the restrooms were being cleaned. I asked the women at the counter: a black female and a small Mexican female if the restrooms were still being cleaned? The Mexican female said sorry they are closed for the night, that she just cleaned them and chose to close them. Despite my pleas for them to let me use it really quick because i was about to pee my pants, they still said no, and the Mexican woman walked away. I angrily walked out of the store and on my way out said this is horrible customer service and they'll definitely be getting a bad Yelp review. I'm a paying customer, and been getting gas here for months, and this is how I'm treated? They can't let me use the restroom, but I certainly CAN spend money and buy gas and stuff in the store still? How does that make any sense? I definitely did not buy gas that night, and never will! And worse yet, the store closes at 11pm, yet I was there over an hour before the store closed?! Why did the women close the restroom so early? I could see if they were just about to close the store, but that was not the case at all. They could have cared less whether I pissed my pants or not, such horrible customer service! You lost a customer Cruisers!

As a former employee back in 2015 I see a bunch of entitled mentally challenged Karen's and Kevin's that never worked in retail. The fact that I see a bunch of crybabies saying they had to wait for propane.. I see someone complained about someone going to break and how you're the customer and you should come first, do you people realize that their company forces them to take those breaks so they won't get sued?.. Also did you once think to realize to call them to see when its a perfect time to come fill up your tank? So you won't get your panties in a bunch and cry about waiting?... Customers sure love to cry about how poor costumer service is, yet they fail to realize that customers like you are the reasons why employees act the way they do. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED , BEING A CUSTOMER DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO ACT LIKE A @#$% .  YOU TREAT THEM NICE, THEY WILL TREAT YOU NICE, TREAT THEM LIKE AN @$$**** , YOU WILL BE TREATED THE SAME WAY.WORKING AT TESLA HAS BEEN GREAT , BUT I MISS THE EMPLOYEES,  BUT THE NOT ACTUAL CUSTOMERS
