        Its now Rocket but dont go here for your lottery tickets they wont redeem anything over $50 even though the lottery ticket says anything under $599 they should

        This store customer service has gone down so much! No customer service skills at all. A young man with red hair was so rude and came across so sarcastic! The young lady was needing help and he was in the back doing who knows what. I can tell she was a bit stressed out. When he walked away towards the back of course he was saying something but we couldnt hear. So unprofessional.

        Customer service is so bad. They have a line and the employees just stand there no greet no acknowledgement of others having a conversation about alcohol with other people. Don't walk in here with a large bill to pay for gas because they will not take it. I was told they can not take large bills.
