Cindy O'Halloran the representative that helps book the basketball gym is extremely rude when I completely forgot to call and cancel the appointment I had. She yelled at me through the phone while She was on speaker with my family. I told her why she was speaking to me like that and she told me because I didnt have the common decency to call to cancel. She kept on insulting and for someone who works at a church I felt like she only cared about the money.
