        Went to the do it yourself part of the carwash. Put $3 in quarters in the machine & none of the equipment worked. There was a gentleman in the stall next to mine that did the same thing to him. I called the phone number that's listed & was forwarded to voicemail. I went to the other stall & used my debit card. It said $3 & it wouldn't charge the card until after the wash cycle was over or if I ended it before the time was up. Well the cycle ended at 5min. Ok, so my card should've only been charged the $3. I just looked at my account & it took out $10!... $10 for me to scrub & rinse my own vehicle??? RIP OFF car wash! Why put $3 if you're going to charge $10. If I wanted to spend $10+, I could've went to Misters & went through the automated carwash. I want my $10 back. The $3 that I used in quarters & the $7 extra that it took off my card!

      Hello Michelle, The $10’is not what we charged . It’s a temporary hold for 1-2 days . Every credit card company is different . I am 100% sure it will go back to $3 . If it does not one few days please reach back to us and we can help you . May I know what bay number did you use so that we can check what is not working . We had bad weather yesterday and some of the machines need to restarted. Sorry for inconvenience.
