Cabinets To Go- Modesto

Can not thank Shauna at Cabinets to go more for making this kitchen look absolutely amazing! She walked us through design set up, even down to the little details like making sure the sink was square with the window and adding the spice rack right by the stove! The to ceiling cabinets also just tie in the space so well! Couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.

Came to the Modesto location during working hours and a sign was posted outside the door back in 30 min please however, I waited more than an 1hr and nobody is here yet! Unprofessional, very dissatisfied.

The cabinets are fine, however when you go in...I would recommend asking for the gentleman there to help you. The lady that works there makes you feel like you are putting her out of her way if you ask any questions or have any requests above and beyond what SHE thinks is best. If we wanted to make any changes to our order when we were building it she kept "reminding" us that every time we make a change it is an opportunity for a mistake to happen with the order. If we should't make any changes when creating an order, then when should we?  She is definitely not the best at customer service or customer satisfaction.

Do NOT purchase from Cabinets To Go. First, the store manager is awful. Shauna told me my design could not be done. She kept ignoring different aspects of my design via email and kept sending me the same wrong design. She also yelled at me on the phone when I called and expressed my frustration with the design process. I then worked with someone else and guess what? She managed to do exactly what I asked for. She spent a good amount of time with me and made everything work. She is no longer working there, however. On top of the design issues and rude manager, I have been waiting for a $15k order for over 5 months. It's now delayed yet another month to December, if it even comes. They have refused to provide any compensation for the extreme delays. No extra discount. Not even an extra pull out shelf. Absolutely NOTHING. Have they kept me updated on the delays and apologized for the inconvenience? NOPE. I have to email them to ask about the delay when the delivery date comes and goes yet again. I have been in limbo, unable to do anything for months. It's a good thing I didn't rip out my kitchen in July when I thought they would be delivered soon. The customer service is awful. Save yourself the time and headache and go anywhere else.

Do NOT purchase from this company. I have been waiting to receive my $15k order for over 5 months now. It is now delayed yet another month. Have they been calling me and apologizing every month that it's delayed and keeping me informed? Nope. I have to contact them after my new delivery date has come and gone with no delivery just to be told that it's delayed yet again. I have multiple pieces of my new kitchen sitting in my home for months. What if they don't work? Can't do anything about it because the return window is long gone. I can't plan for my install because the date keeps changing. On top of that, the store manager Shauna is rude. She was doing my initial design and told me she couldn't make the island the way I wanted. She yelled at me on the phone when I expressed frustration with a poor design experience. She kept not making the changes I asked for via email. I ended up working with someone else that did exactly what I wanted. Shauna is just a bad designer who told me it couldn't be done. She has refused to provide any compensation for these insane delays. Not even an extra shelf or something small. Just "oh well, sucks for you. How about you just change to a color you don't want?" Why would I wait all this time just to switch to a color I don't want? I may as well just keep waiting forever and at least I will have the design I intended. I was planning to purchase from this company again. Absolutely will NOT give them any more business. I suggest you look elsewhere for your cabinet needs. Find a company that doesn't think their customers are disposable. Find someone who actually cares about fulfilling your order and having you walk away happy.
