Horrible, did not get the courtesy and respect I got last time I bought from there. Never going back there.

Went here to buy a part for my BMW only to be sold a defective part that didnt function, when I went back to talk to them about it they said Id have to do one of three things: 1. Pay $250 to exchange the part if its not defective 2. Pay $30 for a new part 3. Bring in my car for them to diagnose the whole car then replace or charge me for a new part I wouldve brought my car in but the part is what allows the car to start in the first place, so Id have to pay $80+ for towing to the dealership. Two employees also stated that I could bring a tester in for the part so I can test it in front of them, but without one theyd have to diagnose the whole car. I find it a bit outrageous that they sold me a defective OEM part then say they wont take it back no matter what due to policies (which I can understand but its still makes me frustrated). Unfortunate that this the experience I had to have.
