I went in today, I kindly ask the staff lady if I could wait in my car she said yes. When I saw that it was my turn, I went in there and there was another customer, she got upset because it wasn't her turn. The staff lady told her it she was going to be fast, she rushed to do my eyebrows and did them all wrong. I will never come back here again, you have to give all your customers the same respect and time. Let them know there is someone else in line, or she should've told me to wait there instead.

Messed up my eyebrows there's 2 bald looking areas and I got bacterial infection!

I've been going to Sabi and her sister in law since I was 16 ( I'm 26 now). She and her sister in law have always done my eyebrows well until recently, Sabi's sister-in-law made them dramatically thin, and she tried telling me that they were not thin at all. I told Sabi what had happened her words to me were "I'm sorry can't do anything now" which basically the same thing as saying I don't care in my opinion. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. So it's clear that being a loyal customer for so many years means nothing to Sabi and her sister in law. Will never go back!!
