Terrible Bank, Very Very Very Nasty Customer Service....
The Manager by the Name of Felicia Valarde Harden was very Irate Rude, and disrespectful....as I questioned her about very important points regarding my business account.
However she then jeopardized my life by making a fraudulent 911 call to P.D. lying again by telling them that I didn't want to leave the bank ......It was a horrifying experience... Felicia is a horrible Manager that possibly need to have a background check conducted on her....she's NOT competent at ALL.
The Bank tellers are very rude loud and Ghetto. they need how too training,,,,they, talk loud etc.
I would Not recommend opening an account at this bank.....nor even going inside the branch. BEWARE

I am 88 yr old man very hard of hearing. I have been to this bank several times trying to find out why money was taken from my account. I had $2000.00. Finally the bank destroyed my debit card and gave me a new one and told me to contact the Fraud Dept by phone which I did. They told me they needed to verify I was who I was and asked me for an old ph # from a cell I no longer had, they asked me questions but I am very hard of hearing and they refused to help me. The guy was Scott from customer service in Texas and Sharon From retail services. They said they need to have this information for my protection. What the hell are they protecting my money has been taken by someone else and I got no help. Scott then told me to go back to my bank in person but what for they are the ones who told me to call this fraud #.  I need to file a lawsuit to get them to reverse the charges and need to know if there are any other victims so we can file a class action against these crooks!

Due to unforeseen circumstances my account at PNC Bank became overdrawn due to 2 checks being returned as the account they were drawn on was frozen. PNC Bank has to date charged my account two $12.00 returned item fees as well as two $36.00 overdraft fees, putting my account further into a negative balance. I deposited funds via their ATM for more than the negative balance. I went into the branch to discuss the issue. The representative I spoke to called their "back" office and said there was nothing they could do. They suggested I call PNC's Customer Service number. The CS representative on that line out me on hold to speak to a Supervisor but came back online that there was nothing they could do to expedite verification of the funds. I am of the opinion that no one at PNC Bank was willing to make a call to the Credit Union the check was drawn on to verify over the phone that the check is good. They certainly did make funds available for withdrawal the next business day for the two returned items making it seem as if they were giving this Senior Citizen the impression they were looking out for their Customers best interests. I am not impressed by their "level" of Customer Service as they also put through a payment against the negative balance further overdrawing my account. In good conscience I would not recommend banking with PNC Bank.
