Kristy is always extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. She always gave me good information and got the information I gave her right. Clint was nice enough to answer some key questions over the phone before he came on a service call which helped me to decide if the information the people that came to look at my dishwasher initially was correct. I had a horrible experience with a different repair service before I called Mid Valley and Clint saved the day!! He arrives early or on time. He is clean, courteous, and very professional. Most importantly, he knows exactly what he is doing because he has years of experience and he is an honest person. That combination is crucial as far as I'm concerned.
