        I took a blurry picture of the dryer model number for a part needed, but was able to show the gentleman what I had planned to order from Amazon. He was confident that he gave me the correct part, and also suggested that when I got home, before I opened the box, to call the store to confirm it was. It's very appreciated to have someone who cared enough to reassure a customer.
