        My stay at Valley Oak has been great! The community was really quiet at night and the neighbors very courteous and friendly. Maintenance staff showed up promptly for all the repair works and the office was responsive to my questions. Overall a great experience!

        I have rented in a couple places in Modesto, and I have to say I have never been treated so well by the staff. They are so friendly and always work with you. You can tell that they enjoy what they do because they never make you feel like you're a burden. Not only is this place a nice place to live, the environment is friendly and I enjoy everything this place has to offer. I have so many good things to say about this place but not enough space. Totally recommend !
