We had a major leak into our unit from the condo above. It had been leaking for awhile, but didn't show through the ceiling until major damage had already been done. Servepro of MV responded to my call right away. Their damage assessment was thorough and they worked very closely and efficiently with my insurance company to map out the restoration and secure the approvals needed to start the work. The project required drying out of the space above the kitchen, packing up the kitchen contents, removal of the cabinets and appliances, replacement of the ceiling, and restoration and reinstallation of all of the above. This also included replacement of damaged countertops and the cleanup of the site. The end product was a great restoration of the highest quality. Their knowledge and professionalism helped to relieve a highly stressful situation. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are trustworthy, skilled and pleasant to work with. Thank you Servpro.

ServPro came out same day after my water leak, and immediately packed up all of my furniture and belongings so that they were safe. They removed all the damaged drywall and flooring, and the next day they installed fans and air purifiers. After a few days, they came out to check the moisture and determined that it needed a couple of more days, so they were very thorough. Staff was communicative and polite and easy to work with. Nick, the owner, was always accessible and amiable. My experience with this company has been very positive, and I would recommend ServPro to my friends and neighbors.
