Doctor himself is great. However, you cant get an appointment!! Its so frustrating!! Especially for people with horrible, chronic pain. They dont answer the phone or return calls. This happened to me as well as my cousin who saw him years ago so this has been an ongoing problem for a very long time. Ive had to walk in to get an appointment! I feel sorry for his front office staff. Got a new referral from my doctor to see a different specialist. This doc is closer to me but Id rather drive 45 min to the new doc who actually answers the phone!

We have been calling multiple times and leaving messages that have yet to be returned to schedule an appointment. It has been several weeks, it is absolutely ridiculous. Why do they have 2 hour lunches???

I just got a referral to his office by my doctor. I cannot make an appointment. No one can. ALL of the phone extensions to office staff have mailboxes that are "Full and Not Taking Any More Messages." Read all of the other reviews about Dr. Fadavi's office staff. They warn about this very major problem. Management there Must take over and get temporary office staff if they are understaffed or overworked. I am getting a New Referral to a different doctor at a Different Office. Unbelievable!

This is the review for the management not the doctor the last month I've been trying to get appointment. I probably called now 20 times they keep saying they will call back but they are not ever , even that I've said several times I have pain and I would need shot before traveling . The lady who makes appointments had Covid for several weeks and no one else could book you for an appointment in the office. Now she is back and still impossible get a call back . The 2 hours lunch is also ridiculous when they never pick up the phone at other times. Very unprofessional.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Fadavi but office response is very poor. You never get a live person on the phone...ever. You leave multiple messages without any response. The staff is very professional and kind but you waste weeks of your time trying to reach anyone. Frustrating.
