Prior to listing our moms house, we interviewed realtors before selecting Debra Dunne. When we added her to our list of realtors to interview, we had some hesitancy because she is located in Orange county and moms house was in Los Angeles county. After meeting her, she outshined the other realtors and we knew she was the best realtor to sell the house. Three days later, she found a buyer and we were in escrow with a purchase price that exceeded our expectations! She updated us daily, sometimes multiple times a day even when she was out of town for a weekend. She took care of everything. She is an amazing realtor who is dedicated to her clients best interests.

As a First Time Buyer I was very impressed with Debra. Debra sat me down and explained the buying process to me so that I understood and knew what to expect. The first thing she had me do was get pre-approved so we knew what I could afford. She told me that not all agents are created equal and not all lenders are created equal that it is important to work with the right person. She gave me several lenders to speak with. Debra is a local agent and knew all the pluses and minuses of different towns and condo communities. Debra did not just sit back and wait for new properties to come on the MLS. She networked with other local agents, and we were able to purchase a property before it came on the market. I will use Debra for all my future real estate needs and I would recommend Debra to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Debra was very friendly, patient and made the process for a first time homebuyer seamless. Being a first time home buyer in this market was especially challenging but Debras knowledge, understanding, and overall professionalism helped us get our house only after two weeks of putting offers out. We were worried about the horror stories of being rejected over and over, having to get into bidding wars, cash offers and needing to remove all contingencies. However, with Debras help, our third offer was accepted without any bidding, all contingencies still in place, and using only 5% down. After our offer was accepted we ran into an issue with the house not appraising. Debra advised us to get another appraisal which would utilize new market information. This ultimately led us to getting the appraisal at what we offered so we did not have to put down additional out of pocket money. Debra was by far the best part of the home buying experience. She was available to handle any concerns or questions even after hours if it meant providing us with the help we needed. I cannot recommend Debra enough, we will definitely be using her for our next purchase.

When we talked to Debra about selling our home, she gave us several options along with the pros and cons. After some thought, we opted to paint some of the interior walls and stage the home. She recommended a painter and found a stager. With her guidance, we made the right choice! Debra hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our home before launching an online campaign. She immediately started receiving requests for showings. In one weekend, Debra scheduled over 60 pre-qualified showings. It was unbelievable! She provided booties, facemasks and hand sanitizer to everyone who walked through the house. Debra immediately started receiving offers. After receiving 20 offers, we accepted a full cash offer of $71,000 over the asking price. This went way beyond our expectations! Debra is based in Orange County and our house was located in San Bernardino County. Distance and location was not an obstacle for her. Her knowledge and expertise follows her wherever she goes. Debra guided us through this process with professionalism, kindness and patience. She started off as our realtor and became our friend. She is truly one of a kind.
