My husband and I have used Danny as both our selling agent and buying agent and we have nothing but good things to say about him. He sold our home for well above asking price and it was under a month from the time we listed our home to the time escrow closed. We loved working with Danny! Knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, friendly. It's such a crazy market right now that it's nearly impossible to buy a home. Our "dream home" hit the market and it was extremely competitive with dozens of offers on the home. Danny was our realtor and gave us lots of really good advice in making a super strong offer. (Tips on how much money to put down, how high of an offer to make, which contingencies should and shouldn't be removed, how to write a strong letter, etc). With Danny's help we got the home and we'll always be grateful to him! We're so happy with our home and we'd recommend Danny to anyone who is looking for an amazing realtor. I also have to add that he gave us the most thoughtful, individualized house-warming gifts after we moved in. Such a nice gesture!
