        Great hotel! I've stayed here a few times, and the people are great, have a good location, clean rooms, a small pool with a nice sitting area, and ample parking. There is free coffee and breakfast, which isn't too bad for a Hampton. The location is great and right off the highway and close to a major mall with retail, car dealers, hospital, and supermarket.

        Hey kids, it's not disclosed until check in but they are adding an extra $250 "cleaning fee" to your hotel bill, that gets charged at check in, because they have been having people smoking & vaping in the rooms. It might get refunded after your stay or it might not. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known before. Ridiculous having to max out a credit card or take an extra TWO HUNDRED out of your account without knowing how long before you have access to your hard earned money again. #Fail

        One night stay Bed was not comfortable which is odd for a Hampton Inn. Very busy location right off the street but no traffic noise heard inside. FYI , if you want to travel with your pets, it's 120.00 dollars a day.

        I was so disappointed to pay that much money for such a pathetic room. The location was fine but wow, the quality of the room was not even close to the Hampton Inn in Goleta CA the night before. Night and Day difference. I would not recommend. The front desk staff could use some help in customer service. The breakfast staff was awesome. Polite and efficient. The dining room was very clean.
