Dr Rambacher is thorough and spends time explaining everything. I am very pleased with the treatment plan to start. Heading back in 3 weeks. I did not have to wait a long time to get my first appointment booked. Everyone was very helpful. I read and reviewed the website and reviews prior to my visit. They did not disappoint.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Wish someone would have told me this. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews first... I had a bad feeling from the start with this place. The signs were there, I just ignored them... my bad.. The desk lady was almost rude when my schedule didn't align with their availability... The doctor was condescending, loud and passive aggressive from the beginning. But what it makes me write this review is that not only he did not find a solution to my problem, but made it worst!!

I was a patient of Podiatry Hotline for AT LEAST three years. There is not enough nice things I can say about Dr. Rambacher and his staff. Beyond being incredibly patient and kind, he fixed me up from a life altering ankle injury that was preventing me from properly walking/exercising for an extended period of time. He worked with me through many appointments and was more than happy to accommodate me despite my obesity requiring special equipment. I even came into his care with a certain mistrust for medical practitioners. Not only did he tolerate that unfair behavior from me, he restored my trust in medical professionals. The most important reason I am writing this review though is because he successfully operated on my ankle and restored me back to full health. Even though its been some time since I have been out of his care I thought to write this review because I have been walking 10k steps a day for an extended period of time and its all because of the hard work of Dr. Rambacher. I am truly grateful for everything and even though I am incredibly hopeful I will never need future care from him, I am confident I would be in the best hands should that need arise.

Should have a negative start Review for Dr. Rambacher, and his office manager Tegan b/c Money seems to be their Only concern. Here's my situation with them. Dr. Rambacher He goes on and on trying to sell me his "Arch Support" that he invented. I say No, Manager Tegan, also try's to sell it to me, saying No Out of Pocket Cost-Insurance "Should" cover and she gives me a "story" to tell insurance, I say No not interested, and I leave. Then I get a $150 Bill for their "Arch Support". So, is this what their doing. Then when I call office, I speak with a Jocelyn to explain and confirm what the bill is for. No Info. Contact our 3rd. party Collection company, hangs up. So their cheating Patients and the 3rd. Party Collection Co. their selling these non valid debts too. Must Pay To avoid Credit Dings. So Sad.

As a longtime patient of Dr. Thomas Rambachers I would advise anyone considering surgery with him to look ANYWHERE else. I had 2 foot and ankle surgeries with Dr. Rambacher and instead of fixing the problems as promised, my foot and ankle pain has never been worse. When I met Dr. Rambacher, he listened to my problems and suggested that I should have surgery. He suggested an incredibly invasive surgery, but since he was the first doctor who listened and offered a solution, he was on the podiatry board, and most of his Google and online reviews were great, I trusted him. It has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Not only do I have the same foot pain he promised to fix, painful and tight scar tissue, and daily ankle pain I never had before the 2 surgeries, he TORE MY HIP SOCKET DURING MY FOOT SURGERY. Over 14 months and 8 months out of my surgeries, I thought my feet would be healed, but it seems that Dr. Thomas Rambacher has brought my feet from bad to worse. I experience worse daily ankle and feet pain than ever before meeting him. To note, I went to every phsyical therapy appointment, took every prescription, and did what I was supposed to. But I when I had pain 6 months out from surgery, Dr. Rambacher examined my feet and stated how His work was perfect and I shouldnt be experiencing pain, so he couldnt help. He began to ignore all my symptoms and didnt acknowledge anything could be wrong with his work. If his office responds to this and states that they never knew, know that I tried for several months to fix the problems Dr. Rambacher caused. He just didnt know how to fix the damage he caused.
