When I first got into the store, I was immediately greeted by the store manager, Jen. She came up and asked me if I needed help and I was actually going to ask for her help anyways so I said yes. I had something going on that weekend that I was trying to find outfits for so when I told her about where I was going and what my ideal outfit looked like, she immediately found pieces that made me feel so confident in my own body. Its like she immediately knew what would look good with my body type. And then when we went to checkout, she was beyond kind. Jen made my experience here at Francescas an awesome experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Thanks Jen for all your help! I will definitely be going back to that store.

Not the biggest selection but good prices and my wife usually finds something she likes. Quality clothes and staff is always friendly.

Always my go to store if I'm in the mall and need gifts for any occasion plus their clothing is on trend and their sales can't compete. Love this location and the East Bay Area places too.
