Not recommend at all ! This real estate agent representing the seller when we open escrow, he didnt told us nothing and after we open the escrow we understood that the house not have cofo , we decide to continue with the and still want to buy the house. After 2 months he decided to cancel the escrow without our cancellation! And they open escrow with new buyers for higher amount . If you looking for pro real estate agent he is the last one that you need to use . He already start to take over and report against his licence.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent for 20 years and I was looking to sell my house that had a newly built (guesthouse)ADU. These types of sales are new/rare so I was looking for an experienced agent who could navigate the sale. AGENT TEST-PASSED. A true test of a great agent is how well they perform under pressure while getting the job done with FIVE STARS. Angel is truly one of a kind. With these uncertain times, we had to sell our property and Angel truly delivered. His marketing was top-notch. I was even convinced to buy the property. His experience and extensive knowledge of ADU's and income generating properties was very helpful. The resources and relationships with vendors he has at his fingertips was invaluable to us every step of the way. He walked us through the process and provided truthful information. I interviewed other agents and he has the only one that can walk through the property pointing out how we can enhance the property on what people notice and would like to see. And he can provide that in both on a buyer and seller's eye. The amount of care he provided for our transaction even from the buyer's perspective was great. I totally recommend him and would use him over and over again.

Angel Nova is a consummate professional and always a pleasure to work with. He has a great blend of knowledge, he's a great negotiator and very aggressive, but is also somehow very easy to work with.
