Very rude office staff. Incredibly hard to get an appointment. I was told 3pm was the latest time available. I had to make the appointment months in advance. After a few weeks, I called back to say it was too early, could I get a later appointment and was told there were no openings until January. That was in October. So, I kept the appointment and asked to leave work early. The traffic was a nightmare. 5 minutes after I was supposed to be there, I got a call telling me that if I wasn't there in 5 minutes my appointment would be canceled. I argued with the receptionist that I had not been informed of that in advance and had never experienced that with any other doctor. I told her that I was ready to make the turn into their building. She told me that it was 3:10 and hung up on me. I just went home because I didn't want to get into a fight in their office. You would think the appointment was for something elective like plastic surgery!! And not for something as crucially important as foot pain. I wonder if the doctor knows how the receptionist treats his patients or potential patients?!! I suggest finding someone else with a more polite staff and more workable appointments.
