Outstanding patient experience in therapeutic conversations and follow up.
An aspiring Medical Emergency physician, learns to account for other aspects of my health, not just the care for my current issue. The most effective ER doctor that I've encountered in my two decades of being a FACEY member. At a glance, it is evident, that he will go the extra mile to assist the patient(s), ensures that every member will receive the best quality of care.
Personality: Engages and validates my concerns, and treats with respect and compassion. His kind support reduced my stress level and made it more likely for myself, the patient, to follow the treatment guidelines.
Communication: Outstanding Interpersonal Skills, one who listens, at ease, and handles difficult conversations with empathy and reassurance. Takes the time to both listen, and explain in the patient's level of understanding.
