On 03/24/24 about :10 to1:40 pm I went to gym. The front desk girl not Allowed me use the finger scanner. She ask me my phone#, then she enter my phone # on front desk computer, she can not get my file. The she ask my name. And she still can not get my file on the front desk computer; then She ask me to show my ID. She used my driver license still can not get my file from the front desk computer. At last she said to me: I can not open your account. You should stay here and wait. You can not enter the gym I MyI was stopped there. But I answers, let me try the finger scanner. I entered my tel # with my finger print , the scanner show Thank you! Enjoy your workout I showwit to. The girl and go to th gym . Just I getsthe change change clothes box. The girl run up to me and saying: I did not see clearly. Please go to front desk rescan your finger. The Igo Bach with this front desk girl to the front desk. I enter my tel # and finger again. The scanner welcome and enjoy your work out again . At last I entered the hum . Woburn I hVe no mood to do any exercises again! This girl is yong and new to me. All front desk are very nice sinc. Hope your gym training new Moyer. If not well train, should not come to work. She can not open customer account from the computer .why she not ask the customer use the fingerscnner?
