        This branch was not helpful at all. The person who did my taxes was rude, uninformative and overall unwelcoming. Megha pushed me to contact the irs after my taxes were rejecting, stating I needed a pin to confirm my identity. When I contacted the irs they informed me that they didnt request me to verify my identity with a pin and told me my tax preparation person was wrong. Magha got her supervisor to contact me stating that they would not move forward with my taxes unless I provided them with a pin the irs did not ask me for. It took over a month for them to complete my taxes and still charged me over $400. I will not be using H&R Block again.
