Savage Wraps

I got a PPF wrap, chrome delete, and window tint for my Model 3 here - the changes they made were done well (and reasonably priced - $3500 for full wrap PPF with a group buy) but the communication and scheduling was an absolute nightmare. Constant excuses and failing to reply to my messages without multiple prompts. Given COVID, a few delays are understandable - but barely answering messages for multiple business days or even weeks and repeatedly setting an expectation of appointment date only to break it over and over was incredibly frustrating. Even now I've messaged them three times asking for an email about warranty info (promised over a month ago) and I still haven't received it. Another example is the job itself being an estimated 1.5 - 2 weeks...it ended up taking OVER A MONTH before I got my car back after they had to postpone three times. My advice is save yourself the headache and shell out the extra money at another more reputable shop - the saving aren't worth it here.

The worst customer service ever , they are very unprofessional, I called them to get an estimate for my cargo van , I got the price for it, but they just didnt wanna do it, they gave me excuses and excuses to delay my vehicle wrap I called back few times to find out whats going on , about my vehicle and they told me , that they are gonna send me the invoice the same day , I guess to pay and they can start the job on Monday but that never happened, I really Dont recommend this place for a vehicle wrap, dont go to this place ever
