As a very skilled and professional realtor. Debbie sold my house in the current high interest market in just 5 weeks after I contacted her. here is the time frame and you can see how efficienct and reliable she is. 11/2 Contacted her and she sent me detail market report. 11/4 Tentant moved out of house. 11/6 Met with Debbie in person and signed contract for selling my house. 11/7 - 11/17 Replaced floor, retouched painting, cleaned interior and exterior of house. and staged house. 11/18, 11/19 Open house for two days and turn out about 120+ groups. 11/22 Received 10 offers and accepted one with offer $155,000 above asking price. 12/13 Closed sale.
