Worst experience ever. Unprofessional dentist, unnecessary treatment and very high charges. Do not recommend to anyone! Big No! The only star is that Front desk is nice.

Very pleasant experience as long as you keep up the appointment and if you are late by ~10 minutes expect $100 for late show. Update to the owner response #1: My daughter missed her first appointment due to covid+ antigen result but the notice was given less than 24 hrs and the clinic accepted our request to reschedule to a different date. The late show fee was enforced upon us because my wife and daughter showed 10 mins late to 9am appointment on the next rescheduled appointment. I acknowledge we discussed this in length over the phone and I agreed that we have caused inconvenience to your team by giving a short notice and showing up 10 mins late due to circumstances. Rating is a reflection of how strict the late/reschedule policy was and how it was used to penalize patients when I have also been in situations where doctors run late on appointments with no penalty at all. The quality of the treatment was great but the rating is reflective of personal experience based on other factors. Interestingly there is a similar review from 3 years ago with 1 star for $50 change fee for rescheduling which shows what some patients feel about the charges.

I highly recommend Dr Cho and his office. My 6 year old son had terrible experience with previous dentist - very painful filling work and tooth extraction. We were advised to do general anesthesia to perform all necessary fillings to avoid further traumatizing our kiddo. Following suggestion of our pediatrician we decided to try another dental office, before actually going for general anesthesia.Dr Cho agreed to try treating our son. We needed to treat multiple cavities. I was so relieved when my son didn't even make a sound during whole procedure. My son said he felt no pain even during local anesthesia administration. We already had three appointments with Dr Cho and each time there are no issues during treatment. I'd like to thank Dr Cho very much for giving my son a chance (he was understandably a bit cautious in the beginning since I mentioned he had traumatic experience in the past) and allowing us to avoid general anesthesia. I also would like to point out professionalism and patience Dr Cho demonstrated while working with our kiddo. We're going to continue seeing Dr Cho and we'll bring our second kiddo once she has enough teeth:)

Been to the other dentists (wasted about $140 - $160 consultation fees each time, even encountered a rude staff!) and they insisted on wanting to only use IV sedation during our daughter's tooth decay treatment. Knowing the potential adverse effects of IV sedation as well as hearing those tragic cases that some children have died, this is something we did not want to risk for our 3 year old. After diligently searching the web, finally found a dentist who competently performed the procedure WITHOUT IVs! Thanks to Dr. Cho and we had a safer option for our daughter! There are no words to describe how HIGHLY we recommend Dr. Cho to all the parent's out there who care for their young one's safety. You can feel confident in placing your children into Dr. Cho's miraculous hands!!! Staff are also very welcoming.
