Fiona was referred to us by my friend who bought a house through her in 2012 in Millbrae. We were looking to move to the Bay Area from out of state and needed someone reliable since we wont be able to fly in for home tours. We loved working with Fiona, she was very meticulous and accommodating to our requests and she toured the house via FaceTime with us in different cities in the Bay Area. When she found us a good deal in San Carlos, she coordinated inspections and had a few plumbers give quotes. We ended up moving back to Washington state after only 2 years so naturally, we contacted her again to list the house for us. The preparations took months since we had tenants but she was able to deal with them directly and arranged everything from start to finish. The marketing was top notch and Fionas team really went above and beyond, even throwing a taco party for guests and neighbors. By the time the house hit the market, they did mega open houses and we had multiple preemptive offers after! And we were so worried that the market was bad since interest rates are so high! The offer we accepted was all cash and exceeded our expectations. So we are truly grateful and happy to recommend Fiona to our friends and family in the Bay Area!

We had a great experience working with Fiona. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in and extremely helpful in finding us the perfect home. We were remotely buying it. So it requires a lot of attention and effort from the agent.Fiona was always available when we had questions and made the entire process stress-free. She also has a strong negotiating skills. So we ended up buying lower than the market price. She also helped us sell it a few years later when we moved out of CA. She coordinated with the tenants until they moved out along with the contractors, cleaning crew, landscaper and stagers to make selling the house a seamless and easy process.In the end, our house was pended in 4 days with multiple offers and sold at a price way higher than what we expected. We have recommended her to many of our friends.

Fiona was amazing to work with! The way we got the house was no less than a miracle. It was her persistence and efforts that got us the house. We have been in the housing market for more than a year but we couldn't quite find the right home. She never gave up on us- showed us at least a dozen homes until we found the right one. Even after finding the right house, she showed us different loan options and followed through until we got the possession of the house. Highly recommend her!!
