Yin Ji Chang Fen - Milpitas

Very clean and modern casual dining. I was craving dim sum. I had/recommend the shrimp rice noodle, shrimp steamed dumplings and steamed vegetables. Has a great deal of rice noodle choices.

Their porridges are thick, hot and satisfying. Their rice rolls are also delicious along with the dim sum. Ordering through their QR code was much easier and less pressure for me plus it had plenty of pictures and good descriptions of each item. I appreciate that they always provide extra bowls and spoons for sharing. Unisex restroom available but be prepared to wait during weekends.

You close at 9pm and refuse my party to sit in at 823pm? You only have 3 seated customers at the time. Making too much? Do you still want to run your business? You are kidding me!
