        I have about 10 policies with them, they keep switching their staff and I dont get the urgent responses I need like buying coverage for a house that I inquired 3 weeks ago. I forgot about it until now and was trying to get it done but Im being que-ed. I dont feel like a valued customer and as soon as I find a new brokerage I want to cancel and move all my policies. Praying that nothing happens to my new house during this time that I have no coverage.
