My husband and I have been with Farmer's for a number of years, with Erich as our family's agent for almost 10 years. Prior to that, we had a different Farmer's agent, who was difficult to get a hold of, not helpful and rude on the phone. Erich is the exact opposite and we are so happy we found him. He is very responsive and on top of things. He literally emails back within minutes and calls exactly when he says he will. It's very impressive. He is patient and willing to explain things in detail, sometimes more than once. He's answered so many of my dumb questions and has provided sound guidance during policy reviews. I was also in a recent auto accident (not my fault) and he was able to provide much needed support and guidance regarding that situation as well.  Honestly, he goes above and beyond. Although I'm sure he is busy and has lots of clients, he never gives off the impression that he is too busy for us. Instead, every time we talk to him, he answers all our questions thoroughly, making feel like we are worth his time and that he is here for us. We couldn't ask for a better agent and if I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend. We originally were just working with him on home insurance, but we were so happy with his service and attention to detail that we moved our auto insurance and umbrella insurance over to Farmer's as well.

My wife and I worked with Erich for seven years. He covered a wide range of our insurance needs in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. He is always responsive and steers his clients towards their most favorable insurance option. I would still be working with him if we remained in California and can't recommend him highly enough.

Never thought I will recommend a farmer's agent or go with farmers. But Erich is just too good.Erich is special like a needle in a haystack. He is really knowledgeable, helpful, super responsive. He also helped me with reviewing insurance information from markets he does not serve. Hopefully, we can continue this business relationship forever. Every time I talk to Erich, it feels as if Erich works for the customer.
