We went today for my sons birthday and wanted to get some cookies. We decided to do the nibblers and wanted to mix n match the lady that helped us was so rude she wouldnt listen to us and just packed the ones she wanted. So unprofessional and rude. Will not be going there again!

I haven't heard from the owner when I contacted corporate. Corporate said the owner will contact me but that's days ago. I did get my refund back but that doesn't erase the time, gas money, tears, frustration, and the anxious thought of not have a cake for a baby shower. One of the workers didn't even know the store hours and google it. I'm just disappointed at this point.

I am a little late but I figured it can't hurt to write a review. The flavors, variety, taste aren't bad, but the problem is the prices. Practically everything on the menu is over priced, there are too many reasons why you could buy cookies at other places. Because of this I purposely do not buy cookies here too often knowing they charge too much.

I had ordered a smoothie and some cookies and a brownie from here thru doordash. First the driver called and said smoothie guy wouldn't be there for an hour. Then I called Great Mall Mrs. Fields to find out if Smoothies guy was in yet and he was so I reordered and told the manager I was reordering. He sent the order and he even included some extras of the cookies I ordered which I thought was unbelievable kind. Plus I like my cookies soft and all my cookies were soft. Then the dasher forgot to drop off my smoothie and I called teh man again and both times he said he gave my order to the dasher so I hope the dasher enjoyed my smoothies and cookies. Just had to tell you how great the cookies and smoothie were and how kind teh Mrs. Feild's man was. Thank you. None of it was his fault just the dashers' fault yet he gave me extra cookies and a brownie. It is difficult to get that kind of service anymore.

Bruh can u believe it's like .50¢ a nibbler?!  back then the nibblers used to be so thick and now they're thin as hell!!!Anywaysy Apple Pay failed so I used my card to buy a dozen nibblersThe bottom of the receipt says leave a rating on Yelp and receive 5% off next purchase so... that's why I'm leaving a review
