I switched over a couple of years ago to Mike and has been a very positive experience. Mike not only offers great quality care but gives it to you straight on what you need (or dont need). His office is also very clean and modern. My previous dentist was constantly trying to upsell me but not Mike. Mike and his team are highly professional and I know I will always be in good care with the right advice.

Ive seen Dr. Mike going on 2 years now. He gives me the best care along with Norma and the rest of the staff. He communicates well, hes very kind, gentle and understanding. He has done excellent work on my teeth. Dr. Mike, and Dr. Charmaine are the best!

In 2016, we were looking for a dentist. A friend highly recommended Dr. Lum. Since then, we have been well taken care of by Dr. Lum. Dr. Lum is very professional. He is always patient in listening and explaining the details to us. He is caring to patients, directing his staff to check on us on the following day after visits when there are procedures in addition to regular cleaning. His staff are very friendly and nice. In particular, Angela appreciates the good partial denture that Dr Lum did for her. We are very thankful to Dr. Lum. If there is a grade higher than 5 Stars, Dr Lum surely qualifies for that. When I came in for my appointment today, the receptionist was accomodating and I didn't have to wait super long hours to be checked. They got my forms and they sit me down right away. All of the staff were really friendly and makes sure that you're comfortable before they continue with your treatment. The place was really clean and organized, it makes me feel confident that my oral health is in good hands in this clinic. The dentist was really kind and approachable, she wanted to make sure that everything is okay and if you have questions regarding the check up or the procedure, she will answer all of your questions thoroughly. No surprise treatments as she wanted to make sure that you're ready for the procedure and that you know the steps you needed to take before going further into the treatment. I highly recommend checking them out. Best dentist I've ever visited and it really makes me feel good that my oral health is in good hands.
