Great staff and facility! Friendly and qualified staff from the front desk to the dentist's chair, you know you're in good hands!  Since coming here, I've had a couple of dentist that worked on my dental issues and had great results.  The facility was upgraded since I became a regular, the lobby is clean and the ambiance is comfortable and relaxing. There are TVs for entertainment in the lobby and right in front of you while you're teeth are being worked on.  The dentist's hands are light and they are sensitive to your reactions, asking how I feel every now and then.  The receptionists are friendly and accommodating.  The waiting area has a place for kids to play as well.  Over all, positive experience!

Been coming here since...forever!This place has actually expanded since they started and it looks so beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. They have a kids play area, very comfortable seats, a tv, magazines to read, and more!So a quick overview:The staff here are super friendly and they definitely get the job well done with your teeth to look it's best! They are light with their hands when it comes to working on your teeth and I know that matters because you won't be comfortable if someone's hands are heavy right? They work really well with kids! My little brother had his first dentist appointment here and he had fun despite being nervous his first time. Overall, this is the perfect place for you and your family for any of your dental needs. They make you feel like family here & not many can say that about their dental clinics.Once you walk in, it's like you've entered a completely different place. The ambience is so relaxing and the place just feels very elegant with the colors on the wall, the decor and furniture pieces. I feel like I'm going to get royal treatment here in a sense...haha. Once you let them know you're there for your appointment, they'll get you in and working on your teeth in a very timely manner, sometimes even right away if they're not busy. As I said, all employees are friendly and easy to talk to! They'll spark up conversations with you here and there. They also have tv's inside the place where you actually sit to have your teeth worked on; so if you're waiting or something, you can enjoy watching the tv. They also ask if you're okay time to time while working on your teeth and remind you that you can tell them when something starts to hurt or if something is not comfortable. Which I value because that means they're really paying attention to the comfort of their customers. After you're done, they let you know what you need to do, whether it be making a next appointment or a follow up, etc. and that can all be done at the front desk and they'll write your next scheduled appointment on a card so you won't forget. And they also call in advance to remind you so that you really won't forget. Haha.With all said and done, I highly recommend this place and I believe once you come here, you won't be going anywhere else. I surely will have my future family come here for their dental needs. That's just how amazing this place is. I really believe in this dental clinic, and I know you will too once you give this place a try.

My family and I have been coming to JM Dental since I was a child. Dr. Jamila and staff are very welcoming and professional. We enjoy their services so much that we constantly commute from San Francisco to Milpitas for about 17 years!  They are very clean and sterile with their equipment and procedures, which is always a big plus! I've always enjoyed that I can watch shows/movies while I receive dental care as well! Makes time go by quick!

I recently started going to this dentist because I was recommended by my co-worker. The staff and the dentists are very nice and knows what they are doing! I even want to refer my sister and her family to it. No complaints yet! Maybe after the root canal! Haha.
