Good store !! Great deals..!! Highly recommend to people who need to buy in bulk ..!! I am from India and own my beauty salons there.. This was my fourth visit in the same store in Great mall and i ended up buying large for my 12 makeup artists to upgrade their vanity and i am completely satisfied..!! Would like to mention Monica and other staff at the store who helped me make my pick easy..!! Thank you team..

Monica has a really bad attitude period. Completely ignored me while talking to them and wasnt even helpful to the other girl who was at the counter. Has no sense of how customer service works. I saw no probing, rephrasing/paraphrasing, active listening, initiative or even analyzing the receipt or the issue that I was dealing with at the checkout. It was a simple thing if she had just asked the right questions than assuming and seeming super disinterested and then throwing shade at me. Like seriously, she was rude and didnt even bother to handle the situation professionally.
