Had a great experience with customer service here, helped me out as soon as they could, and were very warm and friendly. Its not easy being inclusive to all even those who dont speak English well, so I appreciate what they do here. It saddens me to see theres some foul comments (somewhat hateful sounding to non English speakers) were in a diverse community and should respect and accept that. It seems this individual went as far as having extra reviews from other accounts claiming the service was bad. I hope hateful people like this women learn to be more tolerant and less hateful to other communities.

The worst customer service ever. I wont ever go back. I shouldve known not to do business with these people when I stood in line for over 15 minutes to pay for my item while the clerk was chitchatting in Spanish to somebody buying just a bottle of lotion. I waited patiently to be served. But when it came time for me to pay my bill, the clerk would not even greet me. She said absolutely nothing because she cannot understand the customers who speak English. I returned another time for a customer service and things just got worse. The store is still brand new, and if this is how they are starting off, I know they wont last in the great mall. Julianna the manager has no customer service skills and the people that work in the store dont even know how to speak English. Their refund ,exchange and return policies are confusing and contradicting. The receipt says one thing, and they have a store policy posted inside the store that says the complete opposite.
