I have been a regular customer for nearly 7 years. I have never been disappointed. I usually get a pedicure. I have gotten a wax/ manicure less frequently. I always book an appointment over text with Van, the owner and nail technician. She is awesome. She is very methodical, takes her time to work on you and is very good with hygiene. She gives you the items that she used on you, so you know no one else has used it. She has a pretty good collection of colors to choose from. She is also very skilled at nail art. Furthermore she customizes the treatment for your feet/nail condition and requirements. Love this place. I moved away, tried two places and keep coming back to her now in spite of the drive. Finally, her prices are affordable, they don't cost an arm and a leg. 2024 update: can't believe I still keep coming to Van! She is the best

Had an amazing experience with Van for my mani-pedi. She's incredibly patient, helping me try a ton of colors until we found the perfect pink with sparkles (thanks to last nights Barbie movie!). Her attention to detail in application was top-notch. Couldn't be happier with my new nails. I've found my new favorite place! Highly recommend Van's fantastic service.

The owner Van is sooooo sweet and accommodating. From my first visit and encountering her other clients, shes so timely. I am surprised. I had set an appointment but from past experiences Id always end up being taken in far later from my appointment so I came early but was seen on time! Surprise surprise! And I hadnt initially setup the appt for a manicure but she decided to include when a client had to cancel last minute.. during her starting my manicure that client ended up being able to come in anyway and Van came up with a time on the spot and she finished with me minutes before then! Im amazed because I have never seen nail appointments ever being on time and I saw it twice on my first visit. She is also so clean and meticulous. I had no idea how much dry skin Ive incurred. She kept cleaning even during and after painting my nails. I dont recall my nails ever being cleaned so thoroughly lol. If we piled my dry skin altogether Id be embarrassed. I also adore her sweet personality. I can see why her clients come back even after moving a state away.. and why they bring their family and friends. I cant wait to come back and how lucky am I to live closeby to do so. Cheers to prettier and happier toes and nails

I showed up to get a mani pedi because of the good reviews and the shop is supposed to be open. Theres a note on the door that says shell be back with a phone number. Unprofessional.

My normal spot in Union City charges around 20-25 for a face wax. It was $50 here. The owner charges $25 per side of face. It seems a bit high to me but she took me in on short notice and was alone in her shop tending to another customer and one on the way. I'm not mad just a bit unprepared to spend $50. That's all. I probably wouldn't go back due to the rates.
