        These people break my heart. I have the account with Mr dimon bank for longest time in the queens but these people here think I no nothing when I ask if i can got changes for 100$ bill they tell me only if I have too account I tell them I having acct in the queens they say no gud

        Walk in to open an account, only to be told that I need an appointment, when I see bankers idling. Good thing that most banking is online these days.

        International exchange rate at Chase is a rip off.I called the brach and I asked the branch Manager why there is a big gap between chase exchange rate vs the actual rate going on in the market? No one knew why. Time to take my business elsewhere..
