Service was pleasant even if I had to return to have tire balance redone due to newly installed tired were shaking so bad.

I had to have my car towed to this Big O location after the back tire blew out on the highway. And even tho I wasn't able to be with the car, the awesome people at Big O did a great job explaining what happened and why it happened so I can avoid it next time. Very fair pricing as well. Great service awesome people.

If youre in the south bay, just go to the big o in san jose instead of this one. These guys are just pretending to be experts and dont want anyone questioning them. First there was confusing about which tires they were installing and the manager behaved aggressively about why im going with the tires that their own employee recommended me. Then, I had a few questions about the wheel rim size after the tires were installed and they didnt even know the rim size of the wheels. The manager became very passive aggressive when i politely asked to check the rim size. Thats the customer service you get for your money. Never going back to this location.
