        Carlos and Erik were both very friendly and professional. We brought our vehicle in for a transmission inspection and were informed that it needs replacing. I was very impressed by the fact that they checked or any recalls or extended warrantys. They found that the transmission was under a special warranty and let us know about it instead of trying to replace it themselves and charging us thousands of dollars. They are very honest and helpful. I highly recommend BYOC!
