    Update again: they told me there will be move out inspections but no one came on the scheduled date. Maintenance supervisor just cannot understand human language and they blame everything on the tenants and would like to charge you without even checking. Updates: I emailed the address the owner replied below a day ago. No response so far. Original review: Requested maintenance but no one come. They marked the ticket as completed without fixing it.

    If I could give negative stars for the time I've stayed here, I would - the only reason why I give a star is for prompt maintenance requests being attended to. I would suggest to not be initially fooled by the move-in specials, good locality and the aesthetic looks of your walk-in tours. You only discover the real problems with the "new" apartment after you've lived in for a month - razor thin walls and floors, broken garage door (it was broken for almost 90% of the time we lived), random fire alarm sirens, non availability of water/ hot water even after paying a utilities premium for hot water, an ~$200 utility cost per month to account for water, trash, sewage, valet trash & boiling water on top of the electricity/ gas/ wifi bill and the rent you'll already pay. And just one parking space(on a first come first served basis, not even assigned parking) for your apartment even if it's a 2Bed 2Bath apartment (else you are free to pay $150 more for tandem parking) - we had even suggested to the management to have dedicated parking space for each apartment and yet, no one cared - we sincerely believe that there's not enough parking at Eleanor and that's why they've imposed the 1 car/ apt policy. And an exorbitant moving out cost no matter how clean you keep the apartment while moving out (be ready to lose your initial deposit and also pay beyond that for the repainting efforts - I guess that's how they recover their move-in specials cost). I can whole heartedly say that of all the years I've been leasing apartments in the U.S, this has been the worst place I've lived at. P.S.
