I was not treated the way I expected in the beginning but after couple visits I should say they have improved and I absolutely recommend this Clinic. Its one of the Best if not the Best in the area!

They have the worst phone service, they never answer phones, they dont call for reminder of appointment. And people of lobby so rude. Impossible to contact with them and they have only one way for contact which Is one phone number and they never answer carzy clinics

The 1 star Im giving has nothing to do with the doctors and nurses I see regularly here as they are great and deserve 5 stars. This review is specifically regarding a front desk staff member. Nancy one of the people who works the front desk has left an awful taste in my mouth. Not only did they cancel my appointment 30 minutes prior to my arrival, they suddenly began acting extremely defensive, rude, volatile, careless, immature, and above all unprofessional at no fault of my own during our phone conversation. Nancys inability to practice good customer service is quite a buzz kill and is a shame considering they fail to represent the great doctors here of whom are my established providers. To note, during my first day at the office I witnessed them acting similar in-person to a patient who eventually got so fed up with Nancys behavior they literally called the cops on them Disappointed to have had to experience one of Nancys bouts of anger and telephone tantrums myself. Im hoping this office reconsiders the way they allow certain staff members to treat the doctors patients.

Great Doctor! Bad admin! This office wont sign my prescriptions medicine unless i paid my unpaid bills total of $15 dollars.. seriously? You guys didnt even explain why i owe you guy $15 and not even any kind of statement or mail statement explaining why i owe. Everytime i come in the office for a visit, i pay my copay right away! So what am i missing Time to change office. I hate to leave a great Doctor. But am dont with the staff. Moving on! Change your moto to Pay up or will drop u.
