Just secured an auto loan working with Maria for our daughter. She was so helpful in guiding our college age daughter to get a loan for her used car purchase. Everything went smoothly with going over the competitive rates and working with the auto dealer for the purchase. She worked diligently with getting the paper work signed once we found the car and were able to drive it home that day. Very please with our whole experience!

I was impressed  with the kindness, courtesy and great customer service of the staff at the Millbrae branch. They will go out of their way to help you, especially Norma. I highly recommend them.

My favorite bank! They always supported me in financial milestones, always providing the lowest interest rates, help me protect my money and always ready to help me in any last minute situation. Norma works there, super sweet and helpful lady that helped me today! All the accountants there are super helpful
