Tana was an incredible realtor for us first-time home buyers. What made her stand out is that she is super responsive and goes above and beyond to: 1. Understand your needs (eg. stuck to our criteria, scheduled listings quickly per our busy schedule) 2. Help you understand the home buying process (eg. patiently addressed all our questions, triaged numerous questions between us and the seller) 3. Provide you the best information to make decisions (eg. data on recent home purchases in our area to inform the offer we should submit, shared when viewings we passed on were sold). 4. Make sure you are settled in (eg. shared plumber / electrician referrals, visited our home afterwards) It was clear Tana was very invested in our success and her client relationship. She also has a strong network of colleagues in the real estate space who we trusted with our escrow and banking processes. There were some hiccups in terms of carefully reviewing documents, but Tana and her team were quick to fix them.

Taa is an incredible Realtor and I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable about the market and she will help you get the home that you want. She did this for me twice! She helped my husband and me buy our first home in San Francisco (first time homebuyers at the time) and assisted us with our second home purchase in wine country. With both purchases Taa collaborated closely with the listing agents to work out the details with each round of negotiation. Because of Taas negotiation expertise we were able to buy our second home for $100,000 under asking, which is remarkable in a low inventory market. I do not believe we would have been able to have bought this house without Taa. She made the process very seamless and was always there to answer our questions and calm our worries. We highly recommend her!
